Please arrive and be seated before 5 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5 pm at the gazebo area on the grass. If you are looking at the main building from the parking lot it will be to your left. 


Although we love your little ones, we would love to give all of our guests the opportunity to relax and let their hair down from little eyes and little ears. For this reason, we are requesting an adult ceremony and reception only.

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire. No shorts please. October is said to be the most beautiful and best time of the year for weather in Havasu.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited to the event through our RSVP list.
